Accounts and workplaces
Use an account and workplace you are authorized to access. Keep your sign-in methods secure and provide accurate account information. Workplace administrators manage memberships, permissions, and subscriptions. Signing in or connecting a plugin does not grant access to another workplace.
Your content and instructions
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You authorize Sottaku Inc and its service providers to process that content as needed to provide the requested service, including storage, team access, backups, and requested AI processing. Only submit information you are authorized to use and share. Do not use the service to impersonate others, bypass access controls, distribute malicious content, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.
AI and connected tools
AI summaries and reports may contain mistakes or omissions. Review work dates, source links, status flags, and generated text before relying on or publishing them. You remain responsible for the instructions you provide and the records you approve.
Connecting Executive Report permits the tools described on its consent screen. Slack, Gmail, and other services require separate connections. Their availability and use are governed by their providers and account settings. A plugin installation does not automatically record all your work.
Plans and payments
Ordinary workplaces include five free active member memberships. Additional purchased seats are billed at the price shown during checkout; the current listed price is USD 6 per additional seat per month. Each member counts once per workplace. The original Matsuo Lab / Matsuo Institute workplace has a separate permanent complimentary entitlement. Other workplaces use the ordinary plan regardless of members' email domains.
An authorized workplace administrator manages subscriptions through the billing page and Stripe's hosted controls. Review the displayed price, quantity, recurring payment terms, and cancellation information before purchasing. Billing restrictions may limit editing when a workplace exceeds its capacity or a payment grace period ends; the application retains access needed to resolve the billing issue.
Access, availability, and ending use
Service features and availability may change, and interruptions can occur. Access may be restricted to protect accounts, enforce workplace permissions, address misuse, or comply with applicable requirements. You can stop using the service and revoke connected-app access. Contact [email protected] about account closure, data requests, or billing issues. Ending a connection does not delete shared work records or cancel a workplace subscription.
