Executive Report support

Executive Report is operated by Sottaku Inc. For help with your account, a workplace, billing, or the ChatGPT integration, email [email protected]. Use the same address for privacy and data-deletion requests.
Include the affected workplace, a short description, and the time the problem occurred. Do not send passwords, login codes, payment-card details, OAuth tokens, or confidential activity-log contents. We may need to verify your identity and authority before discussing an account or changing workplace data.
Connect ChatGPT
Install Executive Report in ChatGPT and connect your Executive Report account. Review the requested permissions and allow the connection. Connect Slack and Gmail separately if you want ChatGPT to use their context. Availability is also subject to your ChatGPT workspace's plugin policies.
Ask ChatGPT to summarize specific work, identify the team and project, and submit it. You can include status flags such as waiting for external confirmation. Review the returned saved-log link. Installing the plugin does not automatically record every conversation or activity.
Access and connection problems
Use the Executive Report account that belongs to the intended workplace and team. Contact your workplace administrator if a team or project is missing. A connection does not grant access to teams you have not joined.
You can revoke access from Connected apps in Executive Report. To use the integration again, reconnect through ChatGPT and review the consent screen. Revoking a connection does not delete logs already submitted.
Corrections and billing
Review and edit your logs in Executive Report. If an update conflicts with a newer edit, read the latest version before retrying. Your workplace administrator manages roles, invitations, seats, and billing. For unresolved billing or account problems, contact [email protected].
